Holiday settings nightmare - advice needed
That will teach me to actually have a break eh!
So I put my holiday settings on when I went on a much needed holiday in October. I did very polite out of office replies on all accounts as well stating this. The adverts stated that the seller has holiday settings on and there will be a delay in postage.
Even though I did all this, I still have had a nightmare with people ignoring this and scoring me accordingly. Im normally faultless and have several TRS accounts. Now this month I will lose all the TRS status' because of this.
Is there any protection we have as sellers for this? It feels totally unfair that I am being punished for having a holiday even though I have done everything I can, and it is the fault of the buyers!
I have used up all my feedback revisions because of silly feedback over the year so cant even get the comments modified my end even though they have all admitted that they didnt look at the time and that they left feedback, opened cases etc unnecessarily |
