Intellectual property infringement war
 

Hi everyone,

I was reselling some authentic Hello Kitty cup noodles on eBay and my PayPal account was limited because of intellectual property infringement. I have no problem stop selling these items because it doesn't bring me in much of a profit. What's irritating is when I search for Hello Kitty items that are located in China, I see thousands of listings that are selling replicas that are obviously from aliexpress and they are permitted by eBay due to the big bucks of commission they are bringing in to the company. It is totally unfair and unjust that I cannot resell items I own that are authentic because I'm a low volume seller and those top rated sellers are making big bucks because they bribe the eBay Chinese staff in China. Besides reporting these listings to Sanrio, what I else can I do to find justice?

best way is to mind your own business frankly and figure out a way to sell your stuff rather than throwing people under the bus may that be right or wrong.

Look out for yourself first. Treat yourself kindly. Do not tie yourself up in pettiness. Look for other items.

People say the same thing when they get shut down for selling things like electronic cigarettes.

If you have multiple accounts you should know that almost every account in some way gets treated differently. You can request the same thing and get a different response for each account depending on how well your doing, age, selling practices etc.

Keep it movin.

No need to bribe the ebay chinese staff are there are no copyright laws in China so they can ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and copy what they want freely.

Your paypal account was limited because of copyright infringement stuff? There has to be more to it than that
