reusing old acc details

for example I had fully verified pp and ebay acc banned.

if there anyway to reuse the previous details as I already have all the paperwork I need. is there any variation i can do the address or anything that will work?

Really bad idea as you still would be taking payments into that PayPal and they would know the eBay was already banned. Then you run the risk of it working for a while and the PayPal getting canned with a couple of grand in it.

Bad business move.

Reusing old Info is like waving a giant Red Flag in front of Ebay/PP while jumping up and down.....just not a smart move.

judging from you post, discard everything, do some research, and start ALL fresh, using anything old is liable to bite you. Only gladiators survive when they join the games

I even bought a new laptop to start totally afresh as did not want any linkage to my old account, such as any cookies etc.....must start again, fresh, with everything new, clean, recipe for disaster to even consider using information from banned account.

I always find it pretty extreme when people say they went out and got a new PC......too extreme for Stealth.

I never understand people who insist on using the same info.
Its simple.
Same info = Link to old account = Suspension/limitation (in the short or long run).
No way around it.
Accept it.
Move on.
