Would you get your final value fee back if you...

Ok, someone opens a return request, I send a prepaid label for the return, get the return, I go to the return request and click on refund buyer and buyer keeps item, (second option), would I get my final value fee back? Of course, I actually did get my item back. I checked under my account activity and did not see it.
