LLC for ebay
 

Hello Everyone !
I want to know if somebody used the LLC for ebay or amazon?
If the LLC coorperate with other LLC , can I use it for the ebay or amazon
without give they my real name ?
Or they will ask me for the real name of LLC owner ?

They only ask for the business name and the EIN. The IRS does not share the name the LLC in under.

As for your structuring question, I'm not sure about that.

It's easy to make a business, fill out a form etc.make a name bam you r an Llc, or sp, Scorp, easy, right? Don't do it! There are many steps involved in doing this the right way. I need to speak with Aspkin, his thoughts and plans to have a service here on his forum. Patience ....

You aren't going to get very far as a businessman (or woman) if you're going to wait on advice from a paintball kid about how to incorporate your business. I would recommend talking to a CPA or a tax professional. They can give you the guidance you need. Not an internet forum where nobody knows who anybody else is.
