Shipping Times Around Christmas
 

So I was NOT selling on eBay around the holidays last year so I am curious how DHL shipping times are from China. Do they slow down drastically in December? I really want to keep shipping to a minimal in December but I want to be prepared to have items to sell in January & February.

Right now its about 5 days to receive from that day I order. Should I assume about 7-10 day shipping in December? I just want to let customers know, as sometimes items on back order I always let customers know when they might receive items.

was around 10 days-2 weeks for me last year. They seem to of speeded up this year over last in general though. This time is probably nearly their busiest anyway, people getting items for black friday weekend. Black friday is the biggest shopping day in the US now i think?

I have a DHL shipment coming that was shipped today. I will update how long it takes

I once got a package 3days after purchase from china, i was in shock this also was around December 10th.

I've noticed DHL is a little slower than normal right now but I've never had to wait longer than 6 days for a shipment. I think some of the delays are caused by suppliers being swamped, in addition to DHL being swamped.

Just to give an update on my package:

It hasn't even moved since Sunday 11/22

I'm freaking pissed that it took him 4 days to ship, which is unusual, and now it's still in China after 3 days of having a tracking number

Should've restocked before this week
