So figure out how he does it....instead of attacking him. Or sell to him or someone similar. ALL sellers are buyers.

That would be my personal approach if I had a couple thousand to offload of single unique items.

Skimmed through the post, punished for selling prohibited items as well, but yet other sellers continue to sell the same identical product/s. You vented, now suck it up soldier, Rule #1 suspended is just that. Decision is final you should know that by now. It's done, Over, wait till the holidays are over and go in under the wire.

Here is my opinion. Hilter was a dick and the nazis were all ****s. I am glad ebay is stopping people selling nazis stuff. Nobody should be allowed to profit from stuff linked to mass murder.

Just for the record, I not suspended, nor have I EVER been suspended, on any of my accounts. All have 100% Feedback and none of them have Neutral or Negative feed backs. Item as described = 5.0, Communication = 5.0, Shipping time = 4.9 (I ship mainly to the states, takes a while), Shipping and handling charges = 5.0. Not bragging, just saying... :thumb:

Let me help you out, I said that I had the same type of items taken down, that's it. =}

Why does this entire jeff52 thread read like a 3rd grade name calling contest with his older brothers?? (Hint: it's not because of the spelling errors a 3rd grader would catch, it's mostly due to the ignorance that an adult shouldn't have).

You're badmouthing veterans like GreenBean, GhostofAmazon, MM78, GreenBean, yankee, dealagreeproceed as well as myself - the combination of whom likely have several million dollars in sales under our belts. Say what you want, but this isn't a David/Goliath situation, it's more like a 4 year old versus his parents (who truly have well meaning intentions but are beaten back by the eloquence of their toddler's insults).

EDIT: If this whole thing is from your pent up frustration over the whole "you guys losing WWII" thing (all the NAZI paraphernalia you sell?!) - just want you to know jeff52, it was NOTHING personal... :uk:=}-:canada:

Hardcore sellers always have a pack of accounts ready to sell. It is useless to report them. Just build packs of accounts yourself and be happy.

So now that we have the non topic issues out of the way. Let me try to bring this back around to the main point of the topic, which an incredible amount of people are missing (or just don't know and want to instigate)...

How is it possible for someone to post so many prohibited items (and all of the same type of items) for such a long period of time, with out them being taken down, even after being reported and eBay KNOWS that he is selling prohibited items?

Is it only the money that he brings in to eBay each week on a continues basis?

What is the secret?

I think if this question could be answered, we all could profit a little more.:thumb:

Look, No one here KNOWS! There's zero point in "trying" to figure it out because your just wasting your time trying to figure it out. No one here works for Ebay.....and even if they did....your not special in any way for anyone to tell you. So, your question is pointless because NO ONE KNOWS!

Woah, I was totally kidding in that last line! I have respect for not just the military (thank you for your service, really!) but people of all countries. I'm actually of German descent and love the country (even drive a German car, if that counts ;)) - it was just a joke since you seem to be so lit up about this when most people on the forum are pretty laid back :surrender:

Also, I did a simplification of how I've done it in one of my very first posts but you didn't ask me for any specifics since then. What I have done is this:
1) Sell my other items that are 100% allowed and get a bunch of feedback, raised selling limits etc
2) Continue selling these good items while doing the following:
3) Post in a similar category (not one that most people post stuff in and get banned). This allows you to come up in search but not under the main categories Ebay looks for.
4) Do your title and description to carefully word it so that it does not appear to violate rules by the casual observer (literally copy the format from successful sellers like your competitor)
5) If you have a complaint from a buyer about any of these, you NEVER want it escalated since that could mean a manual review of these specific listings. Refund quickly (preferably before return if you feel comfortable - otherwise ASAP with prepaid return label).

There's no "perfect" formula, but the key is mixing a lot of great feedbacks/orders (even if they are inexpensive) with your main dough (which you'll also need good feedback for) - all while carefully wording your post to avoid trigger words for bots.

You still might be taken down especially if you start too fast, but that's why you always have several accounts going and try to spread this type of material over them to reduce the chances of getting taken down.
