ebay suspension and vero tutorial
 

Hello, my ebay account was suspended 5 years ago, some months ago (after years of no activity) I received a message from ebay saying that an item I was following was relisted. So today I went to my ebay account, still looks suspended. I was asked to take a vero tutorial, an was saying that after taking the tutorial I was going to be able to sell again. I took the tutorial once, nothing happened. I took it again and account still is suspended, nothing changed. I do not owe money to ebay for previous activity.

Any help, thoughts and experiences will be much appreciated.

You can pay the money you owe but there is no guarantee they will reinstate your account. Its' up to you though, if you want to take that chance.

Thanks, I do NOT owe them any money, and still suspended. any thoughts?

Sometimes eBays left does not talk to its right

You would need to ring them / email them to find out if you will ever be able to sell again
