Weird Ebay / Paypal Issue - Linking & Spending
 

So I have a weird issue with the ebay / paypal account.

I have a positive balance in the account, made a few sales.

But I can't link the accounts, whenever I click link an account it takes me to "create a paypal account".

Asks me to fill out all the information to create a new account.

I can't purchase shipping labels on ebay or within paypal.

I can make real purchases on ebay, I bought a digital item to test and it worked.

I can buy stuff through ebay if I want. I tried with a digital good.

Now I just can't figure out what is wrong with the account, is it an ebay issue or a paypal issue? I do not want to call and find out, nor do I want to burn a good bank account to take out money.

Can not quite follow.

Did you make a paypal to go with the ebay or not?

Explain your steps please

Click Account in eBay.

Then click PayPal Account

Then try and link them through that 'link' button.

Doing it at the bottom of the automatic payments usually glitches.

I've seen that before. Never got them linked, they remained separate. It's a glitch

I followed all the linking instructions, so basically it just won't link?

What about paypal? I can't buy postage on there, but I can do other things like purchase on ebay.
