Im making a new paypal for my stealth ebay, when it ask's for the home address should I use somebody else address or should I use mine as I already used mine on my last paypal, could ebay link me using paypal home address.

You can not reuse banned old info.

You can only use an address you have permission to use.

Explain what you mean by making a new paypal for a stealth account?

Has one already been attached and possibly limited?

Ok so On my previous account I used a paypal and and ebay and my ebay got suspended so now I'm in the process of going stealth on ebay and I'm creating a new paypal, so should I use the same address I used on my last paypal account or should I use a new home address,
