Hi, so I have a bank account its under my name and my wifes name too, we have the same routing number, could that cause any problem in creating ebay.

For ebay you dont need the bank account. That will be needed for the paypal account.
The paypal account will be linked to ebay so you should make sure the paypal is created properly as well.
As long as its a clean bank account (from a non blacklisted bank such as ally and capital 360) that has never been linked to another paypal account it should work fine. Make sure to research your bank and make sure the bank doesnt have an issue with deposits being made from mismatching names.
