I just had a loser leave me feedback 1 month after the order got canceled. "Slow shipping" when the order got canceled because he didn't read the listing title or anything in the listing.

In other words yes, lol.

They should change this though.

For instance if we cancel the order its canceled. Why should a buyer be able to leave feedback then? Naturally this COULD get abused like anything but if its cancelled its cancelled.

I thought I read that buyers can't leave feedback on canceled orders? I figured it was true b/c I've never gotten feedback on orders that were canceled.

I thought this too...

Not sure if its a change in policy or what but if its cancelled its cancelled....meaning feedback SHOULD be irrelevant.

May have to do with how you cancel the order. I always blame the buyer :bounce:
