If your asking if you would be able to sell items from classified ads on ebay with a fresh account, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. Especially if the items are used and are not worth alot. There are alot of steals in the classifieds, as well as thrift stores, Craigslist(and other similiar internet sites), and even garage sales or flea markets. You just gotta find a bunch of low cost items that you believe you could possibly double your investment with.
