My brother possibly linked my account on accident, need help

So my idiot brother used my computer without asking, he didn't connect to a vpn when using it. eBay was open in another tab. He didn't load anything on the eBay tab. He opened up another tab to research something for his essay. Again, all while connected to my home network. He literally did this at the 90 day mark on the account.

Am I screwed? Does eBay refresh itself? He used it for about 30 minutes.

You will probably be alright, you will need more than 1 ip link to get suspended

you should be good as long as nothing on the ebay tab was refreshed.
