About tax for UK ebay/paypal account
 

I live in outside of UK. If I get a UK ebay and paypal account and sell on ebay. The registered country & address on ebay is in UK.
I want to know as below:

1.The UK tax office will ask me to pay taxes? They will contact me by ebay or paypal? It there any difference for business account and personal account. I mean about the tax. Please note: I can spend all money in my paypal account don't to withdraw funds to a UK bank account.

2. If I have balance more and more in my UK paypal account, the paypal will need to confirm my identity to comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering laws?
They will need what? Photo ID and address proof? anything else?
I know if I have an Australia paypal account the paypal will need to confirm my identity when my PayPal account balance is nearing $1000 AUD. They will need my photo id, address proof.

you're supposed to pay taxes but no doubt they'll do anything, definitely won't chase you to Australia.

Get asked for ID at 1800 euros,fully limited at 2500(about £1800)

Some times I am in Melbourne some times in China, my wife now still in Melbourne.
