when tethered to cell do i need to worry

When tethered to cell do I need to worry about user names on my cell ?
I mean when tethered do I... change ip on cell then just change user name on laptop or do I need to add user names to my cell?? thanks n advance for helping me in time of need

Change IP on your Phone, Log the IP, Log into your Account....Repeat.
