Ebay Listings Limit : HELP

I have a well seasoned account with high limits :

18,500/$237,500

Would seem running into limits would no longer be a problem but right now I am having trouble listing new things.

I still have thousands of listings available to me but the dollar limit apparently has been reached. I have deleted hundreds of active listings in order to reduce the dollar amount, but on the summary page, the number of active listings remains the same. I actually have 1000 things listed but it says 1370 regardless of how many things I delete. Why won't it update?

I have around 1000 products coming in very soon and need to clear space. Why is it doing this?

Need to clarify:

I can delete listings but the total dollar amount does not adjust with it and it says I can list $0.00 right now.

You shouldn't be listing this much on one account in the first place.

NOT because it's bad to list a lot on one account, but if this account goes down, I'd bet at least 50% of your income goes with it.
