I just wanted to share this from one of my accounts. I've worked so hard to achieve this and it's been one my most stressful journeys on eBay as of yet but if you are persistent you can pull an account back into good form.

In order to improve my account I bought a cheap items that I could sell quick with free postage. This gave me an increase in sales volume which diluted low ratings. This particular product went in a normal envelope with just a 1st class stamp. In some cases I made a loss however now my account is back on track I can sell my profitable lines in confidence again.

How much time does ebay give you to get back into standing from below standard? as I am due to be below standard so says my projected seller status however I am working on getting out of it

Updates on the 20th and will be ratings from September,October,November so it will continue to get worse or stay the same until the 20th as people from November continue to complain.
Then next month it will be ratings from October,November,December

Well done I did similar at the beginning of the year.
I;m top rated but my feedback has dropped to 99.6%.
One neg was the fault of the ******* Post Offfce wrongly charging a buyer for his parcel.

What percentage is your positive feeedback sjh?
