ebay stealth account restricted immediately after my first sold

My stealth ebay account just made sold today, but ebay immediately restrict my account and have the following message:

Is this a normal practice? or what anything i did wrong? When i click the link they require me to call them, anyone know what will they ask? better prepare for it.
btw, i am from HK and my friend in US will use the register phone number to call them, i think it is ok right?

Yea happens sometimes, ebay just wants to know what you are going to be selling. Simple questions but you need to phone them

Call in and get that restriction lifted.

Should be a simple phone call about what you plan on selling on the account.

Call in, answer several easy questions like "where did you get your item from / how are you planning to ship it", and get your account back. Happens here and there.
