eBay limits second account, charges store early termination fee!
So my real primary account was going well, and an eBay phone representative suggested I open another account. Did so about a year ago. Took a few months off, came back to find eBay was limiting my account just like a brand new one.
So, I set up an annual store subscription on both accounts, and started selling. Everything shipped same day, no negatives, no customer complaints at all.
2 days later, eBay 0/0 limits both accounts, asked for invoices, reviewed invoices, re-instated the bigger account and left the smaller account at 0/0 limits.
Phone rep told me to cancel store subscription on the 0/0 account, and I'd be able to get the early termination fee waived.
After waiting 7 days for a supervisor to review it, they send me an email stating they will not be refunding my early termination fee.
I had a store for 2 frickin days.
