Questions before purchasing Ebay account
 

Hello, I have read some information on the forum,but still have some questions to ask.
I am situated in Uk and selling digital games Ps4 and Xbox one on Ebay my account got suspended 2 times and i stopped doing it on eBay,no to loose my account as it has a good history. my question is
1) Is there any guarantees that when i purchase an account from you i won’t get banned or suspended,I will be selling the same Items (If you say 1 item per day it means 1 item per, common sense,follow the guide/rules and stealth account)
2)I don’t have any free Bank account, Is there a possibility to send the money from the paypal i will buy from you to my paypal or to my friends paypal and after I just withdraw money.
3) I have read about 21 day of hold what does it mean?
I cannot sell during this period of time or?
4) Which account is better to purchase US ones or Uk?
