Hello from Italy!

So I read eBay Stealth but obviously found no directions for italian users, so I'm asking here. I can't send PMs yet, but I'd love to get a reply from IlCarletto which seems to be the italian authority here!

Anyone feel free to reply though!

My questions are:

1) There are a lot of contrasting opinions about whether I should use a made up name or a variation of my real name. Which is the correct approach?

2) Which credit cards should I use to verify an italian stealth Paypal? How can I withdraw money?

3) After 2500€ or so, it's my understanding that Paypal asks for proof of address, documents etc. How I can get past that?

4) Where I can get an italian phone number to use with my stealth Paypal?

Any insights and tips for a stealth account in Italy in general is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums - I'm certain IlCarletto will post up soon :thumb:

1) If you have all other info like address, date of birth, etc - you can use variation of real name. Myself, all of my accounts are made up names - I prefer eb/pp having least info on me possible. Just make sure bank will accept the deposits.

2) I don't have firsthand knowledge about Italian cc's or bank accounts (for withdrawal) - /paging IlCarletto

3) Creativity with "proof" is key...

I made account both ways with a small variation of my real name and completely made up ones. They work, no problem.
You might have problem withdrawing money if you do not have the right bank or you do not have the document when PayPal will ask... these problems can be overcome.
If you think you will have returns from your sales, better you have an accessible address for stealth.

Mastercard gift cards works well. As far as withdrawing is concerned I have only tested Bancoposta and it is fine with mismatched names (n.b.: with the Evolution card you have 2 possibility for withdraw: the Mastercard itself and the IBAN associated ;) )

Just get a brand new SIM in your name, no problem with that. Rechargable ones are fine and Lyca mobile is probably one of the most convenient :thumb:

Very last question,
regarding the Master Card Gift Cards, do you mean these ones?

Are those anonymous or do you have to enter your data? If so, do I have to enter my stealth details or my real ones?

Yes it is correct. You can also find the 25€ one in the shops.

Those are anonimous, no need to add any personal details.

@ilcarletto,
when you withdraw to card, does it matter if the card is in USD or EURO? Can the italy paypal be in USD and vcc attached to italy paypal also USD?

I did never try to withdraw to a US card. I am using Payoneer withdrawing to the associated US account. This was added on an aged account when there was no problem with Payoner (now I do not know... it has to be stested) and it is ok. The Payoneer account is in $.

IT account can only be in € but can receive any currency.

I use only € VCCs but i guess it can be done with different currencies... to be tested :thumb:

Haven't seen your previous post. No I do not have any virtual sms mobile number provider since I am using a propre IT SIM.

As far as the 2500 limit is concerned... you have to provide what they ask for, there is no workaround to that.

Ciao Pavesi. Marketplace is a good place to start. VCC has to be tested PayPal might not like them all but VCCs for UK/EU should work.

Can you get hold of the MASTERCARD gift card that can be purchased in shops/libreries in our country?

I am talking about physical cards loaded with 25, 50 or 100€.

Don't understand why you would need only the "virtual" one... please explain.

Easy to manage, if they suspend me once again ill remail with plastics of no use, instead virtual will work as use and throw...

Btw i have recieved two small payments (250 each) on my new stealth paypal, till now no problem(usually they have limited my account on second payment) you know when they will start asking suppliers details and invoices?

They have suspended my accounts twice after i sent them invoices some time ago, trying once again....

Limitation could hit your account for any or no reason at all. It depends on the "flags" you are rising with your activity.
If they asked for invoices and then suspended you anyway, you are a risky seller in PayPal eyes... you have to modify you business plan.

For sure PayPal will ask for ID (your ID) when you will get close to your annual withdrawing limits and if your "small" payments are ind 250€ trunks it will not take much.

If i remember correctly they will ask for verification from 1800 EUR annual turnaround.
