One quick question. If I buy account with 1000 items limit. How fast, how many feedbacks I need in order to get list unlimited items?

You CAN list 1000 but it most likely will cause you issues.

What you CAN'T do is collect 1000 transactions on paypal quickly. I say this because you will be limited for ID, SS, and invoices very quickly of your sales are robust or high value.
