Ebay / Paypal: We can't process your payment.
 

I’m having troubles with a gift card i recieved. I would like to purchase something with a value of $490 but when i want to check out the paypal checkout doesn’t lit up. Paypal Credit doesn’t either. I can only select credit or debit card and get the message:
We can’t process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check you payment details.
When however i would try something of $80 or below then i can pay with paypal and my gift card.
The account is only 2 days old and i just finished linking and confirming the credit card. The account shows no limitations.
Any idea why i can’t check uit my $490 item? I really want to buy that and not some other crap.

paypal are restricting what you do because the account is so new, and has not trust valie with them ....yet.

Paypal is all about trust issues. If you as a sender doesn't have history sending, you will get a problem. The same thing when the person you are trying to send to doesn't have enought credibility in Paypal's eyes, you will get a problem sending.

Could anyone recommend a good VBA/VCC seller?
And also maybe a good account seller for my wishes?

Attaching a VBA will not make a difference in this situation.
Its all about the age of the account.
If you want a VBA check the seller section. There are a couple of sellers who offer them.

attaching VBA is the only way ebay can let you redeem more than 1 ebay gift card. I've called ebay to confirm that.

I've just set up an ebay account with a paypal account. My intention is to buy not sell.

Here's what I've encountered and hupefully someone can shed some light on this:

Created the stealth ebay and paypal account using these:
nick name
mailbox rental for address so I can pick up the shipments
tracfone
my own bank acct hooked to paypal
VCC hooked to paypal
VPN with a single IP that I've started using since 3 days ago in creation of everything. I should have a good browser history/track record so that Paypal/ebay would pass the account as authentic.

Problem I'm running into: today marks the 3rd day of account creation, I used Ebay to buy things. Observation is if I click on something cheap to buy, I'll be able to pass the paypal prompt login. However, if I put a shopping cart of more than 140 dollars, paypal becomes grayed out and I'd have to use a credit card separately to pay. (for sake of arguement and congruency to this thread from the OP, I'm using a ebay gift code for my purchase, so all of my cart's finalization must pass through paypal log in prompt in order for me to apply the ebay giftcodes).

Funny thing is, even below 140 dollars worth of stuff in my cart, there are items which are just preventing paypal to work. Item of specific is cash for example. If I buy 100 dollars worth of cash for 124 buy it now, some entries would let me through, some just won't. It would appear random as some sellers are all above 99% feedback and has volume. It puzzles me greatly.

I also try to buy good at well over 150 bucks like a Valentine One Radar Detector, it also won't let me through to paypal.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Also your using vba or actual bank acct?
