Can I sell with an unverified paypal?

My paypal has no vba or vcc, can I still use it to sell on ebay? Is there a limit, if so what is that limit I can receive?

most of my accounts are unverified and very rarely do i have problems.

use a vcc and they last 3-6 months without a bank

Unverified as you have no cc or bank connected? You can be unverified with just a regular cc that doesn't address verify it.
