How long does paypal take to verify documents
 

Hi guys have an acccount that was limited by paypal, they requested id, proof of postage and invoices.

I provided the id and proof of postage that was accepted pretty mu ch right awaynd submitted the invoice 2 days later which is still showing as in progess, its coming up to 4 days now

Question is does anyone know how long they take to verify these? Thanks in advance

theres no set time,you are at their mercy,you can ring up and speak to a representative and see if that helps.
my account verification took 7 days.

If you call them and speak to a representative, they will look at your case right away and clear you if everything is legit.

Its pretty normal for it to take upto a week when it involves invoices

A recent one (real account) took over 9 days.

In the end I contacted them and they sorted it out there and then.

Would you guys reccommend contacting them or letting them resolve it? Its a stealth account

Let them do it themselves

Contacting PayPal rarely turns out well

Ill let them do it then. Its a week now though and still saying in progress..is this normal

10-21 days so far to be approved

I've had a whole pile pass this morning. They were only uploaded 3 days ago.

Possibly they are trying to clear the workload as most the chimps will need to go back to the zoo for Christmas.
