I bought a VPN from 24vc for $129 for the annual plan and created new user ID for it , currently i have 1 stealth with 1 verified paypal with only 5 / $500 limit on ebay, I believe the guide said to use VM or create new user id and use 24 VC, is that right?

I just sold 1 item from my stealth and it need to be shipped, my old address start with 1931 house number, and the stealth address is 1932 , everything is the same , same ZIP and street address, but when i look it up on google map it doesn't show a house, it only show a street, will this become a problem? the stealth account was made on 12/14/2015 , if i change it now would it be a problem as well??

So you have gone ahead selling without having everything OK?

Changing info will flag your new account.

This new setup is not good from a stealth pov. You should have used nothing to link you to old banned info.

every account should have a separate user account or VM.

Now I have 1 paypal verified, but if i ship it via usps , will they question me since its not a registered address? its a street address

Right now I created 2 stealth account , I change my MAC address to get new IP and create a new User , and the other one is with New User and with 24vc VPN.
1 Paypal is 100% verified with my new real Bank account but it have a street address instead of house address.
1 Paypal need Bank account + card, but it has real house address.

So, to open more, use more new users, new IP, etc...everything new.

Use endicia or stamps.com if your mail carrier has an issue with your return address. Endicia is free, stamps.com is not. I use stamps.com and it's worth every penny. If you print your postage outside of eBay, you can put your actual address on the label.

If you created a stealth account that is only 1 house number away from your original account, you will most likely be linked in the not so distant future. Especially if you start selling exactly the same products as before. Even if it's not a real address.

USPS is not going to care about the return address.

Stealth address should be done on CREATION of account
