i've sold item and reach limit account and i want to know what is the date that user updates and can post on it

If you've reached your selling limit, it will be reset on January 1st. If you try to sell past your selling limit, eBay will remove all of your listings and limit your account.

If you've reached a category limit on a new account, the limit will reset 30 days after your last sale in that particular category.
