What happens if I have no funds in my PP?
 

I just made a new ebay and pp. Ebay billing cycle is on the middle and last days of the month but I have no available balance on my paypal. They are all pending and I won't receive it until 21 days.

My pp is connected to my ebay. What happens when I have 0 balance and ebay auto takes my money from pp?

Should I disconnect my pp until I have money in my pp available? If so, how do I do this?

Just use a VCC to pay the fees to eBay directly

They will otherwise try to take the funds from you bank account if that is your main funding method (which it is by default if you have one linked)

Anyway to unlink directly from ebay? Or is pp the only way?

just remove your bank as payment option on pp and you ll be fine... just pay once you have enough funds in your pp acct. they don't suspend you right away.
