You won't be able to start a new account and sell $20,000 the first month. It WILL get flagged, even if you get an account with limits of 1,000 items and $25,000. You have to build up ANY stealth account.
Secondly, when you start getting close to $5,000 in sales per month, PayPal is going to do underwriting on the account. That means they will want to run your credit report and may want some business documents. Most merchant accounts are the same way. At $5,000 they start looking closely to manage their risk.
For what you want to do, you will need multiple accounts.
Lastly, you cannot withdraw to a VCC. US PayPal accounts can only withdraw to a US bank account. Some people outside the us trade their PayPal funds for Bitcoin on something like localbitcoin.com. Others buy things that sell cheap in the US, but sell for a lot more in their home country. Some send the money to another PayPal account as if they were sending money to their relatives back home. Others use currency exchangers. There are many ways to do it, some better than others. But if you search around on the forum, you will find several threads about it. |
