new seller defects of shipping time
 

Hi everybody, I just noticed the new seller defects report will count the shipping time, if the tracking code shows it's delayed or your buyer opened the delay report, it will be counted on the defects.

Funny thing is, if there's no tracking code or no buyer's report, this won't be counted.

Make sure you ship the item out fast and mark it as "shipped" fast, do not fill in the tracking code but send buyer an email with the information of it.

Does eBay know this would be very unfair if the delay was caused by carrier?

Please correct me if I understand wrong.

You juist can't put will ship same day at least but the next day or in two days. that should fix your issue depeing on what service and format you are using to ship.

I always use USPS and either ship first class priority 2.54 2.74 3.14 etc etc , priority which is fairly fast 5.75 or express whchc is 19.99
