Anyone Else Getting More Vero Takedowns This Holiday Season?
 

Hey there guys, first of all I want to wish you Happy Holidays, and I hope that your sales are doing well!

As expected my sales are doing extremely well this holiday season, but I have ran into a few problems as the title might suggest. I have been selling these particular items using the auction format with no problems on my more aged accounts for the past 7-8 months. No significant Vero hits that I can remember. These past 1-2 days I got 3 Vero hits/Item Takedowns out of the blue. The funny things is that I am not getting the Vero hits when the items are listed, but a day after the listings have ended.

That brings me to my question. Have any of you guys experienced anything similar? I just want to know if the Vero members are more active during the holidays, or if I am just running into some bad luck.

Yes! I've gotten 3 vero strikes in december and in November and October i had zero... it makes sense for brands to be aware at this time though. After January it should be cool.

Yeh that's what I thought since I show more than enough proof in my listings that the item are authentic, and my accounts that sell these items are Top Rated, and have quite a lot of feedback. I guess the companies just want to take down their "competitors" from ebay so they can have more sales for them. So they just let their dogs loose and let them do whatever they want. I guess I will just lay off these items until after Christmas to avoid getting my accounts shut down.

Pfftttt, an account taking 3 VeRo hits is in trouble.

There is no sensible way a seller would be listing the same foo-foo again in January ln an account with strikes.
