home user's internet in UK is Dynamic or Static IP Address?
 

Hi very one

A UK home user in his home, the ip address of his internet is dynamic or static IP address usually?
I am using UK VPN service, but each time I contacted the VPN then the ip will is not the same. I mean I will get a random IP address, it is dynamic ip.
Such as 78.126.156.x (x is from 1 to 255 random).

It varies by service provider but most are dynamic.

Far more important is the VPN provider you are using. If it's one of the more popular & cheaper ones, then you're probably being allocated IPs that have been burned on Paypal / Ebay before.

You need a dedicated, fresh IP address. Shared services usually cause account problems somewhere down the line.

Thanks I got an email from paypal as below, So I don't know why they guess I am using VPN?

The VPN you are using is the reason for the limitation.

The account is toast.

Yeah sounds like your using a VPN that is giving you shared ips, that's one of the worst things you can do for your stealth accounts. You need to get a dedicated ip from a reputable VPN, not shared abused ips

Why not look at dongle or mobile phone tethering then Johnny20 - are you based in AU? or elsewhere

Those will not work for the international accounts the OP has.

Odds are high he is Chinese.

OP - I did tell you to go to 24vc.com to get a UK IP via their fresh VPN service when you got the account...

I dont remember you told me get fresh ip from 24vc.com.
I buy a new dedicated UK IP from purevpn.com yesterday

I will login it via the new dedicated ip and contact paypal try to lift the limit.

Is it guaranteed to be fresh? If it isn't then again you shouldn't use it.

I'd be surprised if you get your account restored but you never know, your luck might be in.

PureVPN is almost just as bad of a choice as your first choice, one of the most popular over used services out there. Even there dedicated plans their just reissuing the same ips over & over when customers cancel, not a good choice at all
