Pay later shipping button gone?
 

Has anyone been having problems? I have a new account, been having the pay later button when you ship label, but now it's gone. Right now I have to pay using funds that was recently released, but all the funds from the last sale is still pending. Weird. Same thing with another account. I'll check the next account once I get paid from a third account. Changes coming? Updates maybe?

Yes. Same for me. Pay later option is gone. Also, the emails from PayPal that say "You received a payment from your buyer - ship now" are different.

Some will be titled "Item #xxxxxxxxxx Instant payment received from xxx"
which does have the item sold info in the body.
or
"You received a payment - Ship now"
which does not have any info on the item sold.
or
xxxx Sent you $xx USD
again, no info on what item was sold.

I've actually received 3 different formats in the title. Not sure what's going on.

From your emails you just showed it seems your payments are coming in instant now with out any holds, so when you have no hold you will not get the option to pay postage later because the funds are available in your paypal account for that order

I just checked on 2 of my accts, yes, my holds are gone, checked on the my sold area if the funds date availability was showing, it did not.

The funny thing on 1 acct tho, just 2 sales. I got an email saying that my credit card was declined, from trying to pay for shipping. No pay later button, when I try to purchase, of course it did not go thru. Kinda wary of this acct. I had to waste a brand new vanilla card just to pay for the shipping. There goes 3.95 fee for just paying for shipping! Something is going on with this PayPal, must be in a transition or something.

On a side note, it looks like people from the eBay community thinks that eBay and PayPal linkage is down. Bear in mind these are buyers talking and they could not pay for something because of the linkage of the eBay and PayPal accts. my pay shipping label button missing seems to be similar. The discussion takes place within the day. Some said that if they used a windows 7 rather than something higher, it worked. Are all you guys with windows 7 have their pay later button working? Are there any windows 8.1 users that have problems or is it all clear for u?

windows 7 also has the same issue, pay later button gone...PAYPAL and EBAY need to get it together...this is unacceptable.

is the money available right away? lol PAYPAL is weird, but i should warn you guys...instant payments are suicide if you clear out the account...keep that in mind folks.

remove your bank as a payment option on pp, go to shipping and attempt to print label, since your funds are on hold it will attempt to charge your vcc or gfc, once the payment attempt fails go back to pp shipping and it should give you the option for pay later shipping....

Doesn't work for me, since I don't have a bank acct attached. It does try to charge my gift card tho, I try to go back to the print label page after it payment has been declined, but still no pay later button. I'm starting to think that this has to do with accounts created within a certain time frame, say a month to a month and a half old.

You're getting instant payments now, right? Why not just pay for postage out of your paypal balance?

In that case, I'm sorry. I misunderstood your post on 12/30 when you said you were getting them on 2 accounts.

All the more reason to use an external postage service rather than eBay shipping. Endicia or Stamps.com would allow you to print postage for all of your accounts in one place. That way you can pay for postage on new accounts using money from your older accounts without paypal holds.

Sorry I don't have more to contribute. It's probably some kind of glitch. 2015 was the busiest year in Ecommerce EVER, so it could just be due to high traffic.

My bad, I didn't mean to use my eBay customer tone of typing. I guess it comes naturally when I think I pissed someone off on the computer.
