Is my account safe?
 

I use VPN and VMware to work with ebay. Some time when I start my VM, the firefox browser is automatic start and at that time my VPN is not connect so at that time my VM have a local IP as you can see on here:

(I set Ipburger. com is my homepage of firefox.) After that I connect VPN and restart firefox and after that I connect to ebay.
My question is: I know EBay and Paypal read the cookies of firefox and vm's IP. Am I safe If my cookies have a history of local's ip? (I guarantee that I alway connect the ebay and paypal when I Using vpn.)

Cookies are part of your browsing history but have no indication on the IP used when they have been stored.

So I will safe IF I go to ebay and paypal through VPN although in my cookies may be have some ip history?

Cookies has no IP history. Connect to eB/PP through VPN and you'll be fine.

I would still be afraid if your VPN is accessing the wrong IP, just because it's an unnecessary risk. You can avoid this situation entirely by POWERING DOWN your VM when you get done using it, rather than SUSPENDING IT. If you power it down you know for a fact that Firefox will not be running when you power it back on.
