any Sold History Deleter software
 

I want to be able to delete my history of sold items as soon as they sale. Is there a software that does this? Maybe, a web panel or service that offers you to delete and manage your active and sold item in one place?

Does this manage multiple account as well?


Wondering because I have too many sales and is hard to manage. Want to be able to delete sold listing once I am done with them.

No, there is not because this isn't a problem for anyone else. Why is it a problem for you?

If you are confused about shipping, just click "awaiting shipment" and you'll see the orders waiting to be shipped.

I want to be organize and having hundreds of orders per day is overwhelming.

It's really not. You just manage your orders one at a time and it doesn't matter how many there are. I ship 120-140 orders daily and that's how I do it. One foot in front of the other, lol.

If you're trying to minimize the amount of sold listings showing up in your selling dashboard, you can change how far back it will display (30 days, 60 days, etc).

Will be a lot more overwhelming when you get a claim 6 months down the track and you have no proof.

Some buyers can go to paypal and make claims 6 momths after final sale.

Or even if they disputed something as soon as they received their order, and you have no record of anything, you're screwed.

ohh boohoo, you life must be so difficult? You go to archive and just look at all them sales and think "how on earth can I delete things that are essentially already in the bin"

Yes, but I never win a dispute. I always lose, no matter how much evidence I have, so now I just refund them if they open a dispute.

So no point of me really arguing with the buyer.

I can not grasp what your issue is. What is so confusing to you?

Most of use use, "awaiting shipment" for all orders yet to be processed.

Everything is broken down to be least confusing as possible.

IF you can not handle 100+ sales daily, SLOW SALES until you can. Deleting old sales wont help you handle new sales.

I just want it to be like my email when I am finish with reading an email. I want to delete it and never deal with it again. I want everything to look clean.

so only use AWAITING SHIPMENT folder. It will only show items that have not been shipped.

Maybe you can learn how to program and make your own software and sell it to all us stealthers

LOL, Now this thread is a dozy. Why on GODS' GREEN EARTH would Ebay allow a 3rd Party Software that would let people delete or modify anything on their site?

It would not sell since there isn't an eBay seller in the world who would have a practical application for such software. Ithelps, don't hold your breath. It's never gonna happen.

Just trust us, you do not want to remove all of your records. It sounds like you're setting up a turn&burn operation, and you are going to need your sold records when the complaints start coming in.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could just delete a sold record and it would remove everything on the buyers end too, so they have no record of who they bought their crap product from? LOL. If eBay allowed that, they would be out of business in 90 days. That would be the perfect storm for scammers.
