Return label (seller pay for it)
 

Hello,

I'm seller. Buyer opened return request and i have to buy and upload return label for him. Ebay changed policy(for return pay seller), got first time this thing...
I'm from Europe - Lithuania. In my country do not have this option(pay for RETURN LABEL).
Called ebay, they told ask or buyer can buy this fkin label. Buyer do not answering...

What to do , please help ? :D

Best thing may be to post them a prepaid label yourself in this case

Not ideal I know, but it would solve the issue

just send the buyer the postage amount up front through PP as you have their details from the original payment then its done.

This return policy has long been frustrating for sellers outside of the US.
There is no label from our postal office.
As far as i know,lots of buyers take advantage of this policy to scam Chinese sellers.
buyers never reply message when we message them to discuss about return shipping cost,they just wait to ask ebay CS to step in.
Then in just one miniute ebay CS refunds buyers from sellers PP without asking them to return items,never beat it!
Now,buyers can earn more than sellers on ebay!

The buyer do not reply then i contact him. Time is ending.. Maybe some1 can buy for me the return labels in USPS , i will pay by paypal for it ?

You can buy the label within PayPal shipping, at least in the USA you can. The website here is

I don't know if there's a similar version in the country you are at, but you can try that link and see if they have your country's version.

Bought return label in DHL, paid 50$ :D

Now if any buyer claim return, seller need to pay for return label? Or its only for US buyers?

It depends on the reason for the return, and your account's return settings. If you sold something defective, counterfeit, or not as described, you are obligated to pay return shipping no matter what.
