Any Free help desk support system?

I want to assist my customer better and having a bunch of stealth is hard. Is there a support ticket system like zendesk but is free and also easy to use? I want to give it a try?

Anything that is free is just not going to be that great.

You can reply directly via email, which saves logging into and out of accounts
