How exactly does the seller limit works?
 

Say if I have 10/$1000

What if a bid for a item goes over $1000 in amounts of $1500?

Is the seller limit incudes starting BIN and Bidding price or/and the final sale bidding price as well?

Also, I have a friend who listed some stuff end of last month that had 3 days left coming into this month. Because of that they took away part of his seller limit, it carried over from last month

Yeah I believe if you manage to go over your limits 1 month, it'll carry into next month's reset.

The limits take in the FINAL sale price, not the starting price (also factors in shipping cost I believe)

If you manage to get 2k from auctions with a 1k limit, you won't be able to list anything for the entire next month, ect.

Did they recently change this? Because a lot says the opposite but that is why im asking to get clarification
