Can I Phone verified my ebay account without selling?

Is there a way to phone verified your ebay account without listing an item first?

Just search for set up a seller account on eBay, they used to have a link for that or just make a listing and save it as a draft for later.

Yes - still activate your ability to sell but save for later. Works fine.

I just try that method. If I click the link, it wants me to link my paypal after pv.

if i save it as draft for later, then I can't pv.

I need to Phone verfied without connecting my paypal and listing the item to go live.

If it's already been phone verified you don't need to continue on to PayPal, it should automatically save as draft, the phone ver comes before PayPal.

But you will have to eventually connect to paypal when you begin listing right?

No you can use a vcc for eBay and list an item without even signing up for PayPal, done it many times, but yeah you need a vcc for eBay or PayPal either way and of course the phone ver which can be done before but better to just do it all at once when your ready to start selling..
