How do I hide name of item feedback?
 

I've been looking on some seller's profile and I see that their feedback doesn't show the item of which the buyer bought. How do they remove this? So when people look on my profile page, they don't see what I sold in the past but only see positive feedback?

Also, I saw that some sellers were able to reply back to their negative feedback on their profile page, how do they do this?

Use ebay 'help' to learn about it.

Just so your aware also, people can still see what you sold....

It makes it harder to determine sold history of auction items. At least by the unskilled average competitor.

no they do not
