$50 "coupon" Are these offered to all new ebay accounts?

Any one know, are all (or most) new ebay accounts this month offered this coupon? the coupon says only "qualified sold items" count but I can't see a list of the items. Any help?

not all accounts.

My accounts that have never sold before LAST month had it. You must have a successful listing by December 21st on those.

I have not seen it yet this month, but I also have not logged into any accounts I have not used before yet this month.

Trap.... What they are saying is dont take coupon code on one account and use it on another. It must be on the same account.

I have played with it and the codes dont work at all when manually added, so it theory, it could link your accounts if you did this. Each code seems to be specific for that account.

Is this only for .com accounts? I have a few but I have not seen 50$ coupons hmm - minimum sale amount in effect?

What is was is on sellers accounts that have never sold before, if you sold an items by December 21st, ebay gave you a $50.00 coupon. Only on accounts that have never had a sale before and not all of them.
