Does ebay give your earning total to ATO (tax office)
 

I was just wondering that i have a couple of accounts set up one is going really well and its got false name and address. so my question is that will ebay forward my earning to the tax office and if the tax office come back to eaby and tell them this is not genuine information and i get suspended and lose all my hard earned feedback, because my real identity has been permantley banned from ebay i think, so can my account get reinstated.

Learn something new everyday :) The only problem I believe you would run into would be if you are a powerseller. I have read on the forum that the tax guys/gals come are more likely to come after you if you are a powerseller. GreenBean or someone from AU may be able to help you a little more.
