Is it possible to block a buyer from seeing your listings?

Not that I know of.

Depending on exactly what you are trying to do you can make all future listings private and it will block your feedback. Works best with short listings and auctions.

Pretty much of you are selling a huge volume of a specific item it makes it harder for competitors to determine exactly how much.

If you are using 30 day listings or good till cancelled, it does nothing at all.

You could also add any troublesome competitors to your blocked buyer list. It would not hide your listings, but you wouldn't have to worry about feedback extortion or other scams coming from competitors who are buying from your listing.
