Getting error message when trying to add bank acct to Paypal
 

I'm trying to add a Capital One 360 bank savings acct to my new Paypal and keep getting this error message ""Sorry we are not able to process your request. Please Try again later". I have tried multiple times on different days. I also tried doing it using a different browser. I have checked my information and all of it is correct. What else could be wrong?. It's a new savings account/never used.

I'm fairly certain Cap 360 accounts are blacklisted.

Try other banks, Bank of America, Chase etc...

Try uploading banks via classic mode/ click on wallet then on the bottom you will see classic mode.

I don't think that would help with a blacklisted bank. It's going to throw an error message regardless.

How sure are you that it has been blacklisted? Can any1 chime in with experience on this matter.

I add "blacklisted" accounts all the time with this method.
