defect remove

I was told by an eBay rep last week when I called in, that if the case (non received, not matching description) was closed without eBay step in, you all can call in and remove the defect.

I was told totally different before. They would just stay there until 20 Feb 2016 the whole policy changing.

So I spent 3 days to call in and remove all of them successfully.

You will meet any dumb rep or nasty rep, they just refuse to do it. But don't worry, keep calling and you finally will meet someone nice and fair and will be willing to do it.

Those nasty rep told me "we have a policy and I really tried", next time don't listen to him/her, they just being nasty and don't want to help you.

Good to see inconsistency with eBay is a worldwide thing!

You do put your account under the microscope a bit each time you ring. If you are 100% happy with the account though there should be little risk generally

I forgot who said it, but I do remember someone here said a called in before account is much stronger.

Am I wrong?

Really depends on who you talk to if calling in is a good thing

I personally avoid it, others swear by it.

As for if calling in makes an account stronger. Its not something I have ever seen evidence for but it is a theory that could be tested
