When registering an eBay and PayPal BUSINESS account...

I have a question. I used to set upa all of my eBay and PayPal accounts as business account but I have not been doing it that way for some time now.

My question is - do they now require the SSN to be entered upon setup? And if so, is it the complete SSN or just the last 4 digits?

Been happening with PayPal, eBay not 100% sure.

Although an old thread here: http://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal-...-accounts.html

NYC says:
"All you have to do is click the PayPal button and go back to the home page. This should do it. Also, before you make a PayPal account, switch it to Classic PayPal rather than the new one because the new one will ask for what you provided a picture of or the last four of ssn."

Thread is a year old, but can't say if everyone else has that issue. Still get the last 4 ssn request even following it.
