When trying to list a BIN, quantity over in cell phones & accessories

Interesting. I was able to list in the category fully a week ago, now this comes up when attempting to revise my listing.

The category does not seem to matter as well. Seems to be keywords.

You are running into a CATEGORY LIMIT, or possibly an ITEM LIMIT. The best way to handle these is to just wait 30 days and relist in that category. Because you will not be able to prove a stealth identity. They increase pretty quickly if your customers are happy. During this initial period, being accused of selling counterfeits could be deadly to the account. Not that I am saying you are selling counterfeits.

list items in Multi variation can also leads to identity confirmation.

It was one keyword in the title that when removed, I was able to list. I removed just one keyword.

It's a category limit, if you change the category to something like books and list the phone you will proibably go through, but you might get your item looked at by somebody not agreeing with your model, so careful anyways.
