Is it safe to use a rdp for ebay paypal account?
Thank you

I recommend VPS,completely separately and unique just like a clean computer.

OR you could also go via VPN, Mifi, Dongle, And many more.

RDP is the best. But you have to have a trusted service provider.

Have you considered other options?

What have you used?

LOL, I don't recall people voting on this issue.....There are MANY good options, what's considered best to you, isn't always best for someone else.

What is RDP?

Re: Vps vs rdp

Remote Desktop Protocal, it's basically connecting to another computer.....teamviewer is a program that allows this type of connection. So basically I could install teamviewer on my PC, and you install Teamviewer on yours....you then connect to my PC and have full control via Mouse, Keyboard, etc.

I am familiar with teamviewer but what does that have to do wth VPS or VPN? :noidea:

If you have a separate, "clean" computer (i.e. one that hasn't been used on eBay, PayPal, or Amazon before) you can use your "dirty" computer to connect to the other "clean" one remotely. Hence, you're basically using a brand new PC. I don't really see how this beats just using the PC physically.....OP seems rather confused about how tracking and linking works.

rpd? I never heard of this. VPS is like a computer around the world. Just you need to learn to set it up with commands and what not. I been reading up and seems like VPN is way easier.

VPS is a computer. RDP is a network protocol to connect to it. It is like comparing a Banana and a Rock. They are totally different. You can't tell what is better, you will need to use both ;)

Still confusing. VPN is the way to go I believe. Just no idea if they are hard to use waiting on 123 to reply back.

It's super simple, once your VPN account is setup.....You will get instructions on how to use it. They even show you step by step....

That is great news because VPS was super hard for me to learn.

Does it change it for the whole system or just the browser?

Neither...how most VPN's work with special software that makes you look like your in another location.

Why have you picked VPN?

What stopped you getting a new ISP by other means?

Cellphone tethering, dongle use are easier IP options if you are in the US OP

Hey GB! I can't reply due to my 30 post. But yeah I am going with VPN because I do a lot of moving around and traveling. And I can't risk using my accounts on an open IP wifi network.

And VPS requires so much internet speed for it to work or else it will drop and VPN just seems better.

honestly dedicated IPs are the best solution, at least for me IMO.

Yup it is! I just had an account limited by paypal for using IP's in public. And it was a scare for me! I've had the account since 2007. I had to send in all invoices, passport, ID, drivers ID, you name it. I even had to send in tracking numbers from my suppliers out to me the last few times I had invoices with them. It was crazy and stressful. You would think after being with them for 9 years they would believe and trust you right? Nope! I woke up and finally got my account back.

And it's sad how you got to deal with people who work 9 to 5 and have control over your life and funds. I still can't believe after they got all the documents they still wanted more info. And so on.

Dedicated IP thru VPN is the best solution to scale multiple accounts.

Yup seems like it is.

I also know a friend off this site who uses 123's service for VPN for many years and it's been very good for him never any problems and the best way to go as well. And has been using it for over 3 years.

I wish they were, but I use the static shared VPN's, I'm not looking for a suspension it's just that I have been using it this way for the last 2 years and I've had no problems.
