create steath on iPad

Hi guys, I searched in forum someone said "switch" app works can open different user to create steath accounts. But I just can't find the app in app store. Can someone please help ? Can anyone give me the company name or something so I can find it please. Is this a browser ? Thank you

iCab is better choice at the moment. Switch support is discontinued long time ago.

A Surface would be another tool to use, seeing as its just portable pc.
